As a proud Tasmanian who has spent much of my life in the beautiful Tamar Valley, supporting local businesses has always been close to my heart. Throughout my career in hospitality and tourism, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside passionate producers, makers and business owners who bring Tasmania’s food, beverages and visitor experiences to life.

I’ve seen firsthand the dedication, craftsmanship and pride that goes into creating local products, and I believe those stories deserve to be shared.
