We compost waste, use free-range chickens, and maintain garden beds where we grow our own fruits and native bush foods. By sourcing a high percentage of our food and drinks from Tasmania, we ensure that our products are fresh, high-quality, and supportive of local producers.

Our success is intrinsically linked to the vibrant network of Tasmanian producers we work with. By partnering with over 60 local suppliers, we are able to offer a wide variety of over 300 products.
