About the Creators of Range Tasmania

Tasmanian made Beetroot & Walnut Chutney. Range Tasmania products are the evolution of 20 years of living, farming and cooking at Cackleberry Farm overlooking Bruny Island and the beautiful D’Entrecasteaux Channel in Southern Tasmania.

Privately owned and operated, their farming philosophy is based on the harmonious co-existence between native and domesticated flora and fauna and the humane treatment of animals.  Organic principles govern how they grow their produce, and artificial or synthetic fertilisers are never used.  Our focus is on using high-quality, natural ingredients and avoiding unnecessary additives.

Driven by their passion for growing, cooking and sharing high-quality food, they now focus on creating a range of Tasmanian-made products that utilise their own fruit, vegetables, and herbs.  Farm fresh Tasmanian produce is also obtained from other like-minded farmers in the local area or specially sourced from further afield to meet our exacting standards.

Beetroot & Walnut Chutney

Combining Tasmanian beetroot, apples, onions and walnuts, with sultanas, ground ginger, and middle-eastern spices, Range Tasmania beetroot + walnut chutney is a flavorsome, aromatic accompaniment to burgers, meat, and cheese.  It can also be mixed with cream cheese or sour cream to make a sensational beetroot dip.

Ingredients: fresh beetroot* (30%), cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, green apples*, brown onions*, sultanas, walnuts* (3%), pectin, ground ginger, sea salt, citric acid, spices.
* Denotes Tasmanian produce.
