This Tasmanian sparkling wine is Bellebonne’s new Blanc de Blancs NV, the sister release to their celebrated Rosé, showcasing the beauty and strength of the Tamar Valley.
On the nose, delicate white florals meet notes of lemon curd, toasty shortbread and white nectarine. The palate is refined and elegant, finishing long with fresh cream and preserved lemon.
