Forager’s Four includes:

These preserves collectively contain fruits foraged from around Tasmania including rosehips, crab apples, quince and medlar.  They also contain native spices including pepperberry, lemon myrtle, anise myrtle and kunzea.  The result is truly unique flavours and something quintessentially Tasmanian.
