Gourmet Gift Hampers Tasmania Owner’s Review: I wasn’t sure what to expected by tried this Cherry Chilli Sauce poured over air fried chicken wings. This was our first try of ANY Rocky Garden’s products and I wasn’t disappointed. The first thing that hits your taste buds is the cherry flavour. This sauce is obviously packed with plenty of Tasmanian cherries! You don’t notice the chilli at first then get that lovely chilli after taste and feel and just the right amount ie a little bit of a kick that lets you know the chillies are there and an odd but perfect match to the cherries but a great combination together. You know it’s good when there is sauce left in the bowl and you can’t help but put your finger in and scoop up the remainder and eat it just as it is! I think this would also be ideal on pork as well.
INGREDIENTS: Cherries, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Chilli & Ginger. And it’s VERY obvious the MAJOR ingredients are CHERRIES, cherries and more cherries….great to see its good, simple ingredients done well!
