About Island Coast Spirits
Based in Hobart and formed in October 2021, Island Coast Spirits currently offers four Tasmanian Spirits: Vodka, Rum, Whisky, and Gin. Each of their spirits are handcrafted and distilled in small batches.
They utilise pristine Tasmanian water and the finest premium ingredients, all within an environment blessed with the freshest of fresh air on the planet. Island Coast Spirits has garnered both World and Australian Awards for its exceptional spirits.

Hand crafted and small batch distilled with pristine Tasmanian water in an environment of the freshest of fresh air on the planet. Using ethically harvested coffee beans, which have been roasted in Tasmania, we combine a delicious coffee liqueur with our World Vodka Awards 2023 Gold Medal Vodka.
Giving an unsweetened ‘espresso martini’ in a bottle. For a touch of sweetness, we recommend a half nip of Observatory Hill ‘Butterscotch Schnapps’ or Hellyers Road Distillery Salted Caramel Liqueur.
Bottled at 35% ABV. Available in 200ml bottles.
