Tasmanian Gingerbread has been proudly owned and operated by our Tasmanian family since 2007

Their award-winning Gingerbread is handmade at their Hobart-Tasmania store, where you can also find Hobart’s largest range of cutters and cake decorating supplies. You can also find their full Gingerbread range at their Richmond-Tasmania store, as well as our curated collection of ginger products.
