All-natural, premium soy wax candles, handcrafted in Launceston, Tasmania.
Dare to be Different was borne through the desire to create more cost effective options for my wife to burn!
A graphic design business owner (graphic designer for 25 years) making candles is an outlet that gets me off the computer whilst still allowing me to be creative!
Whether making to burn at home, providing stock to our wonderful wholesalers, or selling at local markets, I love the whole process including design and handmaking the labels and packaging.
Why the name ‘Dare to be Different’?
Closely aligning with my graphic design business… as the accompanying taglines reiterate… it’s about being true to yourself, thinking differently and not ‘following’ the norm that society often dictates.

Description: Not unlike the pleasant scent of exotic frangipani this fragrance is a dense cluster of floral scents with a sweet rose and honey balsam combination. It also includes additional hints of cyclamen star jasmine and an herbal orchid green finish.
