About the Creators of Tasman’s Harvest
Hand crafted on the southern shores of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel with access to many nearby growers of fine Tasmanian produce.
From sour cherries to hot wasabi or grandma’s quinces to earthy truffles the convergence of heirloom fruits and new flavoursome produce being grown in Tasmania have provided a bounty of inspiration for our range of unique condiments.
Tasmania has long been known for our heritage fruit varieties such as sweet and sour cherries, apples, pears, quinces, stone fruit and berries, but in recent years our cool temperate climate has also attracted interest in growing crops that with imagination and development is merging the flavours of wasabi, saffron, truffles, chillies wakame and more with the older established staples of the local farmer.
