About the Creators of Range Tasmania
Range Tasmania products are the evolution of 20 years of living, farming and cooking at Cackleberry Farm overlooking Bruny Island and the beautiful D’Entrecasteaux Channel in Southern Tasmania.
Privately owned and operated, their farming philosophy is based on the harmonious co-existence between native and domesticated flora and fauna and the humane treatment of animals. Organic principles govern how they grow their produce, and artificial or synthetic fertilisers are never used. Our focus is on using high-quality, natural ingredients and avoiding unnecessary additives.
Driven by their passion for growing, cooking and sharing high-quality food, they now focus on creating a range of Tasmanian-made products that utilise their own fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Farm fresh Tasmanian produce is also obtained from other like-minded farmers in the local area or specially sourced from further afield to meet our exacting standards.

Combining the finest Tasmanian grass-fed butter and Tasmanian-milled flour, the result is a mouth-watering buttery delight. Enjoy with morning coffee, afternoon tea, your favourite Whisky or anytime you desire a treat.
Tasmanian Scottish shortbread is also the perfect gift in place of chocolates or sweets.

I’m SUPER passionate about using Tasmanian produce so when you get Scottish shortbread made from Tasmanian unbleached flour and Tasmanian butter from grass-fed Tassie cows, you are using the best ingredients and YES it produces the best results.
This Scottish shortbread is traditional, buttery, moreish and ideal with a cup of tea. I truly don’t think you could improve on this. Range Tasmania have it down pat…so to speak! Definitely a favourite in our household and ideal for our hampers, especially our Scottish Hampers! It’s the BEST shortbread I have very eaten!
